Saturday, March 19th ~ Hillside Produce Cooperative hosts a FREE exchange of fruits, vegetables, herbs, and flowers. If you would like to participate in the exchange: send word to hillsideproducecoop@gmail.com by Thursday, March 17th at 12pm.
In this email, please include:
- What you’ll be bringing fruit, vegetable, herb, flower, and other interesting food-related-contribution-wise (mmm…baked-goods, honey, home-brewed beer, eggs, etc)
- If you would like to volunteer to BAG – also known as sorting, counting, and redistributing everyone’s incredible food contributions so that each participant gets the same yummy things. 12:30 on SATURDAY, MARCH 19
- If you would like to volunteer to DELIVER some of the bags. Delivery volunteers pick up their few deliveries at 2:30 on SATURDAY, MARCH 19.
- Let HPC know if you would like a local Northeast Los Angeles (only) delivery or if you will be picking up your own bag at 2:30 on Saturday. Don’t forget to include your local address.
The exchange will be held in Glassell Park 90065 (address sent to all confirmed participants along with final details on Thursday, March 17th!)
