The Eagle Rock Center for the Arts presents a Winter Solstice Sound Bath
Join Jamie Bechtold and Mary Frances Spencer on the Winter Solstice to greet the new Season with a restorative one hour sound bath of relaxing planetary gongs and crystal singing bowls. Lie down on your mat/blanket in the Center’s main gallery while being bathed in the powerful vibrations of reverberating sound.
