Milagro Allegro Community Garden in Highland Park invites you and your family to take part in “Fresh from the Garden” free nutrition class and cooking demonstrations being held every last Saturday of the month.
This month: the health benefits of eating fresh Kale – how to grow, maintain, harvest, store healthfully prepare this yummy veggie. Take home a delicious healthy recipe to share with your family and friends! Please don’t forget to bring your own plate, napkin, and utensils! Free: donations graciously accepted!
