As you know, assuming the responsibility of having to sell a parent’s home is wrought with mixed emotions. When this act is compounded with the task of becoming the full time caretaker of your mom and/or dad, the challenges are increased exponentially. 

From the time I began the journey of selling my mom’s home, you patiently explained in great detail all phases of the process. This proved to be invaluable to me because not only was I performing this task long distance, I was also clueless and in dire need of a lot of guidance. In addition, your commitment to excellence and integrity was evident as you consistently kept me informed at each juncture and pursued the best possible options that would benefit my family. What I appreciate most are those times you would intermittently call to encourage and assure me that despite the "terrible" condition of my mom’s home it would sell.
